henry, this is very cool - it reminds me of a planet, like saturn and it's rings. You've taken the apple and elevated it by the use of form and light. The only issue I have with it, is that the light ring bleeds a bit onto the border of the left side and it's distracting.

Must agree with Kitten here. You have taken an ordinary apple and turned it into something so much more. Work on that left light bleed that Kitten talked about and this will be perfect.

I appreciate the comments. This is a new version, uncropped and the shadows just a bit darker.
