I've looked at this image a few times over the last few months and have never
bothered commenting on it. But I'm in a mood and saw it show up in new
comments and thought I would comment too. You've got a lot of good things
going here, beautiful girl, good props, good lighting. But you didn't get
/her/. In front of your camera you have a girl who has alot of money invested
in the ink on her body. Looks to be some nice ink work too. That is part of
her, part of who she is. Incorporate that into the portrait, use it. She also
is in a very stiff, kind of leaning back pose that just doesn't really let
her beauty shine. She looks like she is working to do what you told her to
do. Gots to get her to do what all girls hate to hear... /RELAX/... And your
depth of focus was a little shallow, but that is secondary I think at this
point. This is nice though, you were close. Sometimes portraits just click,
sometimes you hunt for 3 hours and never hit it. I know, been there, done
that, got the crappy pictures to prove it. Keep workin it.
Phenomenal subject - The Bear hit it on the head, the shot just doesn't flow,
and the tats aren't allowed to breathe. It wouldn't take much with this model
to create some real magic. Thank You Steve Sperry Mighty Sight Studio
