I can't believe this hasn't come up in the rotation before. I like the composition, all the negative space offsetting the subject chair and door. Nice detail in the wood grain. If anything, the lighting is a bit harsh causing glare in the wood and on the edges of the chair. Overall... well done!
I agree with fd3rd, I like the composition of the image, but the lighting is a bit harsh. A darker feel to the lighting would have created mood.
Check out the original, not quite as stark. I really like the composition of this image though. I think I would have liked the chair over on the right instead. Hey, do it again ok? LOL Chair on the right.
