Thanks for your encouragment guys...I noticed that someone rated it 3's & 4's
the other day so I was a little discouraged. I know it is no masterpiece but
I was just playing around & thought it was kind of neat.
Don`t let someones votes discourage you. You are an artist, you should pursue
what feels good to you. Not veryone will see it the same way as you, but some
will and appreciate it. As long as you are happy with your work :) P.S. You
should try making small thumnails that catch the eye of your image, at the
moment they are get sqaushed or streched into a sqaure, making them less
attractive as a thumbnail.
Thanks for the advice on the thumbnails Kev. I don't really let those low
scores get me down...you can't please everyone. As usual though I just wish
they would leave a comment explaining themselves so that I could see things
from their perspective. Like in my" Daisies & Denim" image, someone pointed
out that I should have laid the backdrop on a flat surface so that I did not
create shadows in the foreground. I was so appreciative of that comment
because even though I have looked at that image 100 times I did not even
notice that!Of course it now sticks out like a sore thumb to me!! :) So, to
my friend who left the low scores...please comment when scoring images....you
may be surprised to find out how much it helps someone out!
This is trippy Mac! I like all the lights and darks and shiny parts. What did
you use to make it orange? PS? And screw the haters - real artists play and
play, burn hundreds of rolls of film, use up 2GB of memory on a digital cam,
and spend 12 hours getting one good shot - and if they wanna play like they
are different then they are liars. I didnt score this one high, but not low.
I think the big bright spot middle left is a bit too much composition wise.
But overall - I like your playing and its a cool capture - so keep on playing
or you will also get a gallstone in the mail LOL!

It is a great effect you have created!! A+ on the creativity for sure. I love that it is shiny AND looks like it is on fire. :-)
Never stop thinking "what if?"
