Beach Bowl

What beach is this so I know to "go" before I arrive?

Think I've been there! Or at least to a similar facility... sometimes the better option is behind a bush!

This is a bathroom located in the parking lot of a beach just south of St Augustine, Florida. It was surprisingly clean. The crap you see is actually sealing tar and varnish over-spray. The construction and finish was a little rustic, but the "working end" of the facility was well maintained. I was intrigued by the floor level glow that showcased the perimeter.
