It's ok. I think that this picture could have benefitted from a deeper contrast. It looks too amature. However the composition is decent. To better this picture, I think that you need to sharpen the whole thing and add purer colours--straight red, straight blue, etcetera. This has some sort of idea behind it at least which is more than some people have when they create pictures. Keep working and post a new version for us to see.
