I think the lighting at the top is a little too bright. I think the darkness toward the bottom should be the whole background. It would make the sacrifice stand out more.
Hmm....maybe I will play with it a little & see what I come up with=]
I think the lighting at the top actually works when you consider the subject matter....... could be way off though, I'm not a religious sort.....
