When you photoshop make sure that the level of sharpness and painterly effect is the same on all elements! The composition is nice and the reflections are well done. View how you sharpen separate elements. And then look at the robe of the rider! There are a lot of stock images available on Deviantart and many other sites to get a good cloth for a robe.
