There is too much blur. Create even more contrast and the picture will instantly look better. By the way what happened to his right hand, it seems to have disappeared? And I am not too fond of how the back of his head is gone as well. I think the whole blurry off in the distance thing is actually hurting your picture. Try again. Good luck!!!
His right hand is going into his shirt. He was just stabbed in the heart with a stake. It hurts a bit. I am not sure why you can't see it.
As far as his head....it is all there. Again, I do not know why you aren't seeing it.
Re: the blur- it is intentional. I wanted to give a dreamy fantasy effect to it......kind of paint like.

Some monitors may have different gamma and not display all ranges. I can see both areas. Would have been nice to have a full moon in the shot to add to the vampire theme! I like the blur, might have tried sepia to see if added to the effect.
