Ha! I had a 1972 Superbeetle, that car would run without oil. It was yellow with black primer fenders and red primer spots all over it. It looked like a disease coming down the road but yeah, never failed me.
i hardly remember doing this..2 tours in Vietnam and a failed marriage left me lost for a while..my daughter stuck a decal of Mickey Mouse on the dash, and there it remained until i traded for a VW bus..
