This is a tasteful Halloween image and I like the lightning in the corner except I do not like that it comes from the corner. That may have overdone it. I think you should take the moon and blur it about 5 pixels. In addition, I think that you should provide more ground. Or at least any ground for the building to stand on. The frame is not enough. Good luck on your project!
