Danny DeVito
I used to love Danny DeVito when I was a kid. He's a such a peculiar looking guy, but has done some great, iconic work.
Growing up in the 80s, DeVito was a familiar figure most memorably for me as the unscrupulous Ralph in Romancing the Stone & Jewel of the Nile, as Arnold Schwarzenegger's brother in Twins and alongside Billy Crystal in Throw Momma From the Train.
His performance as Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin in Batman Returns needs no introduction.
I generally don't do any blending or smoothing in my pencil work. I like to leave the texture in there - it adds character and has become something of a signature style. For this piece, I tried smoothing, but also preserved a bit of my usual look at the same time.

You definitely "caught the moment". This is a great piece and shows you know him well.
