oh, my.. this one is quite beautiful. I love that the sun is not completely over the clouds as it creates that amazing golden flowing line above the clouds. In full view, there is the added little surprise of the line of birds just above his fishing rod. There is something very cool about the sun and the fisherman and the sun's reflection all being aligned.. it forces our eye to your subject, there is no way around it.. you are going to look there. After looking at the image awhile, I wondered if you should have cloned out the bird walking along the shore, but in the end decided that your composition was strong and held the eye enough that it wasn't a distraction, but a special treat for anyone that took the time to peruse the image completely.
Thanks. I really liked that the wind was up and it really chopped up the water. It gave the ocean somewhat of a darker personality.
