AMAZING COLOURS

Hi Hal, this is a nice flower picture but that's it right now... just a nice flower picture. I'm left wanting more. Wondering what you could have done if you had spent a bit more time exploring your subject. I want to feel like you reached down and pulled out the essence of these flowers and smeared it on the image sensor. Like you know this flower like no other flower. Like there is no other flower on this planet but this one... But maybe you just saw and stopped and the wife and the kids were leaning out the windows saying "HAL... dad... come on... it's only some flowers..." I, of course, could be totally wrong in everything I have just said too.

rich color , great depth..i think that it is wild Flox..i have some in my garden..
