Mr Fanny had been teased about his name since childhood, often unbearably so. School teachers, on opening day of class would even bite back laughter when calling roll for the first time. The name was actually an americanized version of Fanaionye, which is of Basque origin meaning "one who excessively contemplates the heavens". His grandparents had innocently latched on to the revised version being unaware of the slang word for buttocks. It stuck and consequently they were stuck. Mr Fanny's first name you ask, that would be Kerfourur. Mr Fanny resides in Stewart Florida where he practices civil law, for the firm of Dainty, Little and Fanny, a prestigious South Florida Law firm.
