I'm back.

Yesterday morning I got back from a great trip to Washington, down through Oregon and back into California. 2800 miles and 100# of Salmon. No pictures of the coastal areas, rain or fog, plus I couldn't walk very far.
Arrived home, safe and sound. Tired and worn out, I made a misstep at home, landed on my bad knee and now am using the walker around the house. I can't put any pressure on the knee. I'm so tired of this. It hurts my wife to see me this way. I know that I will pick myself up and get on with life again, as usual, but it is just getting harder, the older I get.
Live your life to the fullest, while you can. Don't wait for retirement time, you might not be in shape, to do what you want. God bless all out there who have helped me keep my sanity, this past year. Keep those pictures and artistry coming, I love to see them.

Good to see you had a great trip Gordon.

You travel all that distance just to trip when you get home, yeh yeh, we have heard that one before. Any excuse to sit at the computer all day playing with your fractals :P

Seriously, get well soon :)

Thanks, Kev. I kinda thought that way about the rest of the message part. But what a pain way to do it. :)

Welcome back Jarhead... ;) Sorry to hear about the knee thing. I hate it when that happens. I slipped on the stairs Friday night and thought I broke my left toe. Silly me, I just bent it back. Landed on my right shin though, that hurt, got a bruise. Anyway, I hope you recover soon. Eat Salmon! Lucky man to have all that salmon.
