Disappointment

I'm really saddened that a person like 'the Critic' could be so easily scared off. And that the person who wrote what they wrote about him/her did it. I think it was rather chicken. Create an account and post something that negative... nice... I would like to see some critiques out of this indiviual, or some pictures, or something other than one negative post. Of course it doesn't speak to highly of 'the Critic' when he/she gets apparently scared off by one post. People are pretty harsh on critics these days, suck it up and show us what you're made of. This site really needs people like 'the Critic', people who will give their opinion of someone's work without being rude and condescending about it.

Whiner... really. I'm just saddened that you have to stoop so low that you have to create a new account to bash at people.

WTF??? Apparently nothing but negativity will come from this one - so whatever whoever you are...Show some art, say something intelligent for a change or go away.

Maybe he feels that his time is wasted trying to help people on a site where there are people like kt who have nothing to say that is even slightly edifying. Or maybe he is busy with work where his critiques and comments are not only paid for but sought out. Or maybe he is on a well earned vacation or trip or somewhere when he doesn't feel like interupting his day to log onto the internet to spend 15+ minutes to critique art here on artalyst. Maybe he's just sick of stupid artists. Who knows? Only he/she does, and maybe we'll find out someday. Or not.

I fall off for a bit and come back to all this drama! I couldn't find any of The Critic's critiques, but since so many really liked them, I'll be disapointed if I don't get one from him myself. Do you really think he got scared off? From the postings I didn't get the feel that he would let anyone get to him.
